Ferguson Neudorf Glass [FNG] is offering OBEC Members a private guided plant tour at their CurtainWall industrial facility. This opportunity will provide you with practical observation of the Glass/Aluminum envelope enclosure components live design and manufacturing. This is a chance to learn from technical experts about the factors leading to sound built Envelope elements in light of applied Building Science.
FNG will prepare an introduction, including engineering design, plant layout and production processes. Presentation starts at 2:00 pm followed by the plant tour.
We estimate the visit to be approximately 2-3 hours. Planned program to proceed as follows:
- Ferguson Overview Presentation
- Engineering and Process Flow
- Plant Operations' Tour
All attendees are required to bring their own PPE, including safety boots and safety glasses.
