BSAO Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Building Science Association of Ontario (BSAO) Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Jewel Event Centre - 55 Sovereign Court, Woodbridge, Ontario, starting at 11:00 a.m.
The meeting is being held in conjunction with the Fall Seminar – Helping Build a Better Ontario. If you have not registered you can do so below.
Fall Seminar & AGM Registration
The AGM will include the presentation of the annual report from the board of directors, as well as the election of new directors. Members will also receive the Auditor’s report along with the audited financial statements for the year ending May 31, 2026.
The complete meeting package will be distributed to members who register in advance of the meeting date.
The Annual Meeting from 11:00 am. - 11:15 a.m. is open at no cost to all members; however, prior registration is necessary if you are not attending or registered for the Fall Seminar – Helping Build a Better Ontario. Please use the link below to sign up for the AGM only.
Please ensure that your membership renewal is received by the BSAO office no later than October 5, 2026, to allow for processing before the AGM. Memberships received after this date will not appear on the current membership list and will not be eligible to vote at the AGM. Remember, only paid members are entitled to vote.
Members of the Building Science Association of Ontario (BSAO) who are unable to attend the annual meeting have the right to be represented and cast their votes via proxy appointed on their behalf.
